Welcome to Suzanne’s Performing Arts School, located online at https://www.homeschooldrama.ca. By using our website, submitting forms, or enrolling a child in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
You must be the legal guardian of a child you are registering. All information submitted must be complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Class fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are available only under specific circumstances, such as class cancellations or documented emergencies, and are issued at the discretion of the school director.
Missed classes are non-refundable and may not be credited unless prior arrangements are made.
Students and families are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in the student’s dismissal from the program, without refund.
All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of students during class time. However, by enrolling your child, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activities and waive liability for accidental injuries.
You agree not to hold Suzanne’s Performing Arts School or its instructors liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising during participation.
Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for school-related communication and administration. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
We may occasionally take photos or short videos during performances or classes for promotional purposes. We will always seek your written consent before using identifiable images of your child on our website or social media.
All curriculum, materials, and original content (including performance scripts, exercises, and class materials) are the intellectual property of Suzanne’s Performing Arts School and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
